Currently, I am trying to raise funds to travel to Adeiso and Kade, Ghana this summer to work with a wonderful organization, Worldreader. Worldreader’s goal is to provide schoolchildren with e-readers, notably Amazon’s Kindle where students will be provided access to thousands of books. I was given the opportunity to go on this trip after entering a contest. I didn’t win the contest, but I was the runner-up and Worldreader still invited me on the trip provided that I can raise enough support. Worldreader has partnered with eDreams, a travel company, to help make this trip possible—they have been very encouraging in supporting me so far.
Donations received will go to fund general travel expenses such as: airfare to Accra, Ghana; lodging, primarily at the Ju’niel Lodge, a one-star hotel in Osenasi, Ghana; travel visa; and vaccinations for yellow fever. Anything I raise over my own expenses will be given directly to Worldreader to support their organization.
If you would like to support my trip, you can either write a check, or securely pay online by clicking here using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. Checks are preferred since PayPal can have transaction fees. If you would like to write a check, please use the following information:

If you have any questions about this trip you can either contact myself, or Worldreader. I cannot thank you enough!
